If
I were a squirrel climbing a tree this is what I would see. I really like how
it looks like the spokes on a tire or a wooden wagon wheel. The tree was a bit
off the snowmobile trail near my house but it looked like a good tree to take a
picture of from a point of view we often overlook. The tree has many different
textures from the bark to the pine needles and branches.
There
are many lines of perspective. They are the branches of the tree. They lead you
to the tree that is in the second third. There is textural contrast between the
bark and the needles of the tree and then the sky. There is also contrast with
the color because the sky is a light blue and the tree is brown and dark green.
The tree also has a bit of a bend in it up in the top third.
